Protection Plan Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Assurify Merchant Portal. These Terms and Conditions govern the distribution, sales, and administration of device protection plans (Extended Warranty, Accidental and Liquid Damage Protection, and Installation Care) offered by Assurify through authorized retail merchant partners.
2. Scope of Coverage
Assurify provides B2B-managed retail consumer protection plans. Under these agreements:
- Extended Warranty: Prolongs the manufacturer's original warranty. Covers mechanical and electrical defects. Coverage matches OEM specifications.
- Accidental & Liquid Damage (ADLD): Protects devices against unintentional physical drops, screen cracks, and liquid ingress.
- Installation Care: Covers unpacking, expert installation, and demonstration by certified service technicians.
3. Product Eligibility
Plans can only be registered for products falling under authorized product categories (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Audio Equipment, and Major Home/Kitchen Appliances). Devices must:
- Be sold as brand-new units with original manufacturer warranty intact.
- Possess a valid IMEI or Serial Number.
- Be activated on the Assurify Merchant Portal on the date of purchase.
4. Claim Process & Limits
All customer repairs and claims are handled digitally through the online portal. Repairs are cashless and completed at authorized service centers.
- Claims must be registered within 7 days of the defect or damage occurrence.
- Free door-to-door pickup and drop services are provided for mobile devices and laptops.
- On-site technician support is allocated for major appliances and smart TVs.
5. Key Exclusions
Assurify protection plans do not cover:
- Deliberate damage or physical neglect.
- Theft, loss, fire, or force majeure events.
- Cosmetic damage such as minor scratches, dents, or paint chipping that does not affect hardware function.
- Devices repaired by unauthorized third-party centers prior to raising a claim.
6. Merchant Guidelines
Merchant partners must collect accurate customer details (Name, Email Address, and Phone Number) during the sales process. Under no circumstances should fake details be input, as this prevents digital certificate delivery and claims validation.
Assurify reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice as per applicable regulatory guidelines.
